    2.2. We ensure the security of personal data processing in accordance with current legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) adopted by the EU and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act.

    2.3. We take all reasonably necessary technical and organizational measures to protect processed personal data. Customer data will not be transferred to any organization or country if there is a valid reason and the security of your data is ensured.

    2.4. Only authorized persons have access to personal data processing within the company, unless the company has a different legal obligation.

    2.5. The website may contain references and links to other websites. We are not responsible for the security and privacy policies of third-party websites (review their privacy policies on their websites).

    3.1. The Customer has the right at any time to:

    • Express a wish to access your data;
    • Demand correction, addition or deletion of personal data under the conditions prescribed by law;
    • Request restriction of processing of personal data;
    • Object to the processing of personal data;
    • File a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority or go to court.

    3.2. The Client has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time, regardless of the reason. However, withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of data processing that took place on the basis of prior consent.
